Orders are processed during normal business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Jamaican public holidays).

We currently ship throughout Jamaica.

International shipping may be available to selected countries. If shipping to your location is not available during checkout, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not from the date the order is placed.

Jamaica

Estimated delivery is generally:

  • Kingston & St. Andrew: 1–3 business days
  • Other parishes: 2–5 business days
  • Rural areas: Additional delivery time may be required.

International Orders

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the selected shipping service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
